1. Information Collected

When you complete a purchase, the following information is collected and processed:

• Name and email address — used to send your order confirmation and shipping notification.
• Shipping address — used to fulfill and ship your order. Retained for record-keeping.
• Order details — the item purchased and transaction amount, stored in our database to maintain sales records.

No account creation is required and no passwords are stored. Browsing the site without purchasing does not result in any personal data being collected.

2. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card number, CVV, and billing details are entered directly into Stripe's secure hosted checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on this site's servers. This site receives only a confirmation of payment completion and the details you provide for shipping.

3. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party providers, each of whom may process your data to perform their function:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, shipping updates).
• Supabase — secure database and file storage hosting your order records and artwork assets.

No data is sold to advertisers or shared with any other third parties.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies, and therefore shows no cookie-consent banner. It stores only the strictly necessary and functional items listed below. All are first-party (set by this site), stay on your device or this site's own systems, and are never used to profile you or shared with advertisers.

• session_seed (cookie) — a random number that keeps the artwork shuffled in a consistent order for you as you browse. Contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
• theme (local storage) — remembers your light or dark appearance choice. Set only when you change the theme and stays on your device.
• “heard” list (local storage) — on the New Music page, remembers which releases you have ticked as heard so the list is preserved on your next visit. Set only when you tick an item, stays on your device, and is never sent to us.
• CF_Authorization (cookie) — a sign-in token set only for the site owner after logging in to the private admin area. It is not set for ordinary visitors.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set its own strictly necessary cookies (for example __cf_bm and cf_clearance) to protect the site from bots and abuse. During payment, Stripe's hosted checkout sets its own cookies on Stripe's domain — see Stripe's privacy policy linked above.

You can delete or block any of these in your browser settings. Blocking the functional items above may reset your theme or shuffle order, but will not prevent you from browsing or making a purchase.

5. Data Retention

Order records (name, email, shipping address, item purchased) are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill shipping, handle disputes, and comply with tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the address below, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Your Rights
